Terms & Conditions

Effective date: May 14, 2026  •  Last updated: May 14, 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Wihebrink's Dog Works website and your engagement with our grooming services. By visiting this Site or scheduling an appointment, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use this Site or our services.

1. Definitions

  • Company refers to Wihebrink's Dog Works, located at 1326 E. Main Street, Warsaw, Indiana 46580.
  • Site refers to this website and all content contained within it.
  • Services refers to the pet grooming services offered by the Company.
  • Client refers to the pet owner who schedules or receives grooming services.
  • You refers to any person who visits the Site or schedules Services.

2. Agreement to These Terms

By accessing this Site or scheduling an appointment, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and any pet whose care you are seeking. If you are scheduling on behalf of another person or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind them to these terms.

3. Our Services

Wihebrink's Dog Works provides professional dog grooming services at our location in Warsaw, Indiana. Services are offered by appointment only on Saturdays and Sundays from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. We reserve the right to adjust our hours, service offerings, or availability at any time without prior notice.

Grooming services are performed at our discretion based on the health, temperament, and condition of each dog. We do not guarantee that any specific service can be completed on any given visit.

4. Appointments and Booking

All appointments must be scheduled in advance. Submitting a contact form through this Site constitutes a request for an appointment, not a confirmed booking. Your appointment is confirmed only when you receive direct confirmation from us by phone or email.

We schedule a limited number of appointments per day to ensure each dog receives proper attention and care. Appointment times are first-come, first-served.

5. Cancellation Policy

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer that time to another client. Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in a requirement to prepay future appointments or in the denial of future bookings at our discretion.

6. New Client Release Waiver

All new clients are required to complete a release waiver before we can accept your pet for grooming. This waiver covers standard grooming risks, confirms that your dog is current on required vaccinations, and authorizes us to provide services. We will provide the waiver form prior to your first appointment. Services cannot be performed until the waiver is signed.

7. Your Responsibilities as a Pet Owner

When scheduling and receiving services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about your dog, including breed, age, weight, and any known health conditions, behavioral history, or special needs
  • Disclose any medications your dog is currently taking
  • Ensure your dog is current on all required vaccinations
  • Arrive at or before your scheduled appointment time
  • Remain reachable by phone during your dog's grooming appointment
  • Pick up your dog promptly when notified that grooming is complete

Failure to provide accurate information may result in refusal of service and could put your pet at risk. You are solely responsible for ensuring we have the information needed to care for your dog safely.

8. Our Right to Decline or Stop Service

We reserve the right to refuse, modify, or discontinue service at any time for any reason we determine in our sole professional judgment. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where a dog displays extreme aggression, has an undisclosed health condition that poses a risk during grooming, or where continuing a service could cause harm to the dog or our staff.

In cases where a grooming session must be stopped early for the safety of the dog or staff, you will be charged for the portion of services completed.

9. Payment

Payment is due at the time services are rendered. We will confirm pricing with you prior to your appointment. Prices may vary based on your dog's size, coat condition, and the services requested.

10. Grooming Risks and Limitation of Liability

Pet grooming involves inherent risks. Even with the greatest care, certain dogs, particularly those that are elderly, have health conditions, or have not been regularly groomed, may experience stress or physical reactions during the grooming process. We take every precaution to keep your dog safe and comfortable, but we cannot eliminate all risk.

By scheduling services with us, you acknowledge these inherent risks and agree that the Company's liability for any claim arising from grooming services is limited to a refund of the service fee paid for the appointment in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

This limitation does not apply in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct on our part.

While we make every effort to keep content accurate and current, we make no warranties regarding the completeness or accuracy of any information on this Site. 15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration shall take place in Kosciusko County, Indiana. By agreeing to these Terms, you waive your right to a jury trial for any such dispute.
